30 May 2018 1. Initial purchase order 2. Bill of Entry in your name 3. Proof of payment of duty in your name (payment challan) 4. Sales invoice which is dated prior to the import date 5. Lorry receipt in your name 6. High seas sales & purchase agreement between you and your seller

30 May 2018 Dear Sir

Good Morning and Thank you for your reply

Is it mandatory to keep foreign seller invoice (Original invoice) and packing list.

If, yes could you share some government rule (some section of law), because High sea seller don't want to provide the same to us, so that cost should not be disclosed to us.

Please reply, thanks in advance.

Regards

30 May 2018 Hi Santosh,

Original invoice and packing list is not mandatory since you have an agreement with your Indian seller. The Indian seller sells the goods to you on the basis of high seas sales agreement entered by him with you. There is no government rule for providing exporters invoice to you. It depends on commercial terms.

01 June 2018 Dear Mr. Harshal
