Agreed with the expert! In case the AOA of the Company requires a Director to hold qualificaion shares, then he has to obtain such such shares within 2 months from the date of appoitnment.
Provisions of section 270 of the Companies Act, 1956 pertaining to qualification shares is not applicable to a Private Company.
