24 January 2011 What are the Eform required to be filed with ROC after getting name approval to incorporate a private limited company.Pls explain the procedure.

24 January 2011 The forms required for incorporation are Form 1, 18 and 32 as rightly pointed out by Mr.Sanat Pyne.

Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association will form part of attachments to Form 1.

Power of Attorney also needs to be issued.

As it's a private limited company consent of the director is not required.
