GST return filing is compulsory even if your turnover is below Rs. 20 lakh otherwise penalty of Rs. 50/- per day imposed. If you dont have Turnover upto Rs. 20 lakh then you cancel the registration under GST.

Suppose my turn over not exceed up to 20lakh. I don't cancel my registration then filing GST return is compulsory. Then I file Nil return only ??

here is the issue. you cannot file nil return is you are transacting i.e. you have sales. So the best way forward is to cancel the registration.
