A hospital which is exempt in GST takes some service from unregistered party and the service is taxable as per GST whether RCM will be applicable on this transaction and Hospital has to take registration. Please clarify

Hospitals services are exempted services under Entry No:82 Exemption list of services. However, if the hospital has pharmacy, it has to take registration as the sale of pharmacy is subjected to GST. List of services are specified as RCM which shall be paid accordingly.
