Mr. A, is in contract with a Police Department, for Transportation of Police Personnel to various places as required. Mr. A does not own any vehicle, instead he hires the same at the time of need. Depending on the requirement, he hires, a car or bus or a lorry and uses the same for transporting the passengers. Will such services attract GST or exempt. If they attract GST, how much Percentage. and also if exempt, please mention the Section. As per my understanding, the services are exempt under chapter 99 heading 9964. Please suggest, if I am Correct.
