Gst on comercial property

19 August 2017 SirI rent out a comercial property to a company and its jointly owned by me ,my mother and father.rent is 50000pm and after tds its45000.i receiving chq every month one chq amt45000 on my name only.so how to register GST ? With all three owner or single owner will do which is me there son..pls advice me..Thnx a lot

20 August 2017 No need to get register as your receipts is below Rs. 20,00,000/-
