Dear Experts
Chartered Accountant is not registered in GST as per the GST Act.My query is:-
Applicability of RCM
1.He charges Audit fees : (a) RS.6000/- (b) Rs.4500/-
Please give your expert opinion.

(a) GST @ 18% on Rs 6000
(b) No GST if payment to unregistered person in a day is less the Rs 5000/- otherwise GST @18%. Limit of Rs 5000 is for payment to all unregistered vendor in a day.

1. RCM applicable
2. RCM can't applicable. But, Check other expenses for the ceiling limit of 5k....
