Dear Sir, I want to know whether gratuity is necessarily payable if company is in loss from the very first day & continuously for 5-6 years. Please suggest

Gratuity is payable irrespective of the fact that company is bearing loss or earning profit. If company falls within peview of condition given in the Payment of Gratuity Act
