21 August 2015 Please tell someone whether goods removed for exhibition purpose liable to excise duty? As for this removal bill has been raised on exhibition organising foundation.

25 August 2015 The duty will be payable on the purpose of exhibition. You need to raise invoice in the name of xyz and at the time of return of goods you will take the cenvat credit.
