Dear Sir I Need Some help for my CS exam Please Given me the right Answer.

Answer to question No 2) Affidavit
Answer to question no 3) True. Not actionable. For example opening a rival shop near the existing shop causing substantial lost to the pre existing shop owner, but no vilation of law arises.
