I Need Some help for my CS exam Please Given me the right Answer.
1) The Bundle of Rights remaining with the leassor after the execution of a lease of an immovable property is called---------
2) --------------is a written statement of the deponent on oath duly affirmed before any court or any magistrate or any Oath commissioner appointed by the court or before the notary public.
3) It is "true" or "Incorrect" with Reasons
causing damage however substantial to another person is not actionable in law unless there is also a violation of a legal right.

Answer to question No 2) Affidavit
Answer to question no 3) True. Not actionable. For example opening a rival shop near the existing shop causing substantial lost to the pre existing shop owner, but no vilation of law arises.
