In a querry asked by Mr Shrinivas on 16.06.08 on FBT , Mr Shekhar has replied that FBT is applicable on Companies and not on Partnership Firms and Sole proprietorship firms.. As far as I know Partnership Firms are liable to pay FBT, yes proprietorship firms are outside the purview of FBT. Am I right.

Yes..FBT is applicable to company & Partnership firm & only Individuals are exempted from FBT..
