19 November 2016 We are the company for of organisation. Company had TIN, CST & ECC no. Now in order to migrate to GST, what type of resolution to be passed. Whether resolution provide the details of authorised signatory appointed by company other than director or not. If possible pls provide format of resolution.

21 December 2016 Company can authorize any person by passing resolution whether or not that person is a director of said company.
