i have a query regarding form-18. my client have not any address prove in State of delhi. and client want to incorporate a company in delhi,now my query is that what is the format of NOC if owner of property is third person. and also suggest me all supported documents.
I, Gautam Jain, son of Mr. Shyam Sunder, be and hereby giving my premise ___________________________for the purpose of registered office of the ABC Private Limited. I have no objection to give my premises for the purpose of registered office of the company.

use the format provided by Ankur sir in case the company is already incorporated, or you can use the format i mailed you as in new company there's no BOD before incorporation.
