25 July 2024 Form 27C is submitted to the Income Tax Department, specifically to the authority responsible for issuing your Tax Deduction and Collection Account Number (TAN). Since your TAN was allotted by the CIT (Commissioner of Income Tax) in Patiala, Punjab, you should submit Form 27C to the designated office of the Income Tax Department in Patiala. Here’s how you can proceed:

### Address for Submission:
You can submit Form 27C by hand or through registered post to the following address:

**The Assessing Officer (TDS)**
Income Tax Department,
[Address of the Assessing Officer],
Patiala, Punjab.

Please note, the specific address details including the name and complete address of the Assessing Officer (TDS) for Patiala should be obtained from your local Income Tax office or their official website. Ensure to include all relevant details such as your TAN, PAN, details of transactions covered under Form 27C, and any other required documentation.

### Additional Tips:
- **Mode of Submission**: If submitting by hand, ensure to obtain an acknowledgment receipt. If sending by registered post, use a reliable postal service that provides tracking to confirm delivery.

- **Documentation**: Include all necessary supporting documents such as copies of invoices, PAN card copies, and any other documents as required by the Income Tax Department.

- **Timeliness**: Submit Form 27C promptly after obtaining it from the seller to avoid any delays or penalties related to non-compliance with TDS regulations.

By following these steps and ensuring accurate submission to the designated Income Tax authority in Patiala, you will comply with the requirements for Form 27C under Section 206C of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
