Hei Divya, after logging in you will find an option 'View 26as', on the left hand side of the page.Click on that tab and you will be able to view the Form 26AS

Apart from the views of Mr Jha and Ms Doshi - the other mode to check 26AS also available.
In case your grandmother has an online logging facility then almost each and every bank provides this facility (view form 26AS or view tax credit statement) at free of cost. The best suggestion is that have LOGIN facility if not. But see that the your grandmothers name is FIRST account holder in case it is a joint account.

When I checked Form 26AS, the details of TDS deducted are not present. But actually the bank has intimated through a notice that TDS has been deducted & deposited.Bu i cannot find it in Form 26AS.
a. The bank has not e-filed the quarterly return. OR
b. Quarterly Return filed but the PAN or Name of your grandmother have not been mentioned correctly hence a chance of default.
Please note that mere deposit of TDS by Bank into Govt Treasury does not mean that it could be viewed on Form 26AS. Form 26AS becomes updated or refresh on e-filing Qtrly. Return.
Please contact your bank to know the exact status.
