Dear Experts, Validity of approved name is 60 days, and I have to file form 1A two days before expiry of time. My question is that if in these two days company is not incorporated what will be the fate of Form 1 filed.

If time period expired file firm 1A again along with a letter as attachement.explaining reason for unable to file further documents and request to allot the same name which was approved before...u will get one more 60 days once it approved..do file relevant docs duly
