One of the employee during f.y. 2015-16 served our company from 1.4.15 to 16.6.15 and on 16.6.15 he resigned. Later on 1.12.15 he rejoined our company and served us till 31.3.16. So whether 2 form 16 are to be issued to him for 2 different period in the same year. Or in 1 form 16 salary for the period served in 2015-16 has to be mentioned. Pls clarify.

Form 16 is issued on based of TDS deduction on PAN, so while submitting also against PAN only Form 16 will be generated. So question of 2 tds certificate will not arise. TDS is calculated based on period so salary worked out for both the period arrive tax liability.
