My daughter has been studying abroad & has visited & stayed in India for less than 182days in FY 2019-20 ( AY2020-21). She has to file returns for Income from Interest Earned. Please advise as student studing abroad while filing returns Student is considered Non Redident Indian or has to file in the capacity of Resident Indian.
