Filling of income return.

I had received an amount of Rs.1,44,000 from a concern towards 194J - Fees for professional or technical services. I am not having any other income. Please kindly advise me in which ITR I have to file.

First of all, it is not mandatory to file ITR in your case as your total income is below the limit. Even if you want to file the same, it will be in ITR 4.
