Whether additional fees needs to be paid to ROC on the increased authorized capital of the amalgamated company due to issue of additional shares to the members of amalgamating company?

Upto combined capital of both Transferor and Transferee company, no additional fees is required to be paid. Beyond that, you have to pay.
