Dear sir,
I want to know that,Is every transaction under F & O MARKET TO MARKET? If not than which entry is MARKET TO MARKET & which entry is Intraday or other type? and are all transactions speculation business?

In FnO, every transaction is to be made as mark to market. FnO transactions are in the nature of business and profession.
