Dear sir, I have one query regarding sec 102. for one Pvt Company we conducted an EGM notice dated 7th Dec 13 and EGM date is 30th Dec and we submitted the forms 5 and 23 to ROC. but they given Resubmission remarks like as "Resolution copy and Notice along with explanatory statement U/s 102 has not furnished.Form should be resubmitted". So please give advice if again we need to give notice u/s 102 to the Share Holders and again we need Conduct EGM or not. Please Explain to me.
