    what is the last date of deposit tcs of last quarter and the last date of return of tcs of last quarter under income tax act ? if basic amount = 100 vat 5% = 5 loading / unloading exp = 10 then we deduct tcs either on Rs 100 or 115 under scrap sale what will be tcs amount in that case ?

    Sir, I have gone through your expert advise given on query related to capital gain exemption on Tenancy Rights on 13.06.2011. In this sub., I would like to ask, whether such exemption can be claimed u/s 54F as it is available only on sale of asset other than residential house. Whether flat on Tenancy rights can be considered as Residential house since the assessee is not the actual owner of such flat? Pl. advise.
