@Vinita...... It is your first year of transfer or not.In first year of article ship you are free to take transfer by filing of Form-109 without any ground.

sir i have to take transfer on medical ground please help me on same.sending the doctor certificate n prescriptions will be sufficient or something more is needed.further can i rejoin within same city.i hv also taken trnsfer in 1st year,plz help me as soon as possible,i m really in trouble
