we are the maufacturers and dealers of industrial gases in karnataka. We want to trade in some excisable goods.But the manufacturer wants to affix his label on cylinders which our customer doesn't want it.So we want to a fix our label on it and sell to our customer. And we pay excise duty and all other applicable taxes without any evasion of taxes. I request you to advise shall we affix our label and sell it to ourcustomer.

If these product will fall under the deemed manufacturing definition then you need to registered as a manufacturer otherwise you need to registered as dealer.
