To claim exemption from filing er 4 which year excise duty payment less than 100 lakhs is to be seen. Suppose ER 4 for financial year 14-15 is to be filed on 30 November 15 then which year payment figure less than 100 lakhs is to be seen 14-15 or 15-16.
