i have to file e return ,i have only income commission ,my company was deduct TDS u/s 194H, in itr 4 , nature of business code which code I have to choose? and i have required to fill balancesheet & p&L ? i dont have any asset & i have only commission & tds , i have to all details is given in itr4? i am file for AY 2011-2012 and
in Designation of Assessing Officer (Ward / Circle) kya likhneka? and return filed 12 u/s 139(4) is right
any idea about this plz help

You need not write anything to your designated assessing officer. only thing you have sent a copy of ITR-V to Bangalore.
