Hi All I ( Maharshtra) sold mateiral to a party in Karnataka,d party has issued a form e Sugam section 2A of section 53. what should i do with it?? what is the use of it?????? what is it ??????? is it related to C Form thnx

You need not do anything with it.Just keep it.It is mandatory in Karnataka to issue an e-sugam form online for all movement of taxable goods.Then only it will be passed through the sales tax checkposts in Karnataka.It is record for the buyer..mjk
