My suggestion, you take credit what is actual deduction as per your books.because 26AS view based on the deductor TDS rerturn. Incase future deductor will revise the return the amount may decrease.so what is actual as per book you claim TDS, in certificate also you ask correct dedutions

Very Correctly suggested by Ramesh Ji, please dont go for excess amount shown in 26AS. Only claim actual amount of TDS deducted from you. It may also happen that by mistake TDS certificate was given for Rs.47000/- instead of Rs.51000/-. So 1st of all please check from your records that how much TDS was deducted from you. If its Rs.47000/- then claim Rs.47000/- but if TDS deducted is Rs.51000/- then claim Rs.51000/- and ask the deductor to issue fresh TDS certificate. Anyway you will get credit for amount shown in 26AS only irrespective of your claim.

agree with both experts, sumit first check tds amount which was deducted from you, if your actual tds deducted on 51000 then ask bank to bring the new 16A certificate otherwise if given certificate is right then don't claim on 51000. ok
