Pl make the following changes in internet settings. 1) Open the internet explorer, go to tools, internet options, security, custom level. 2) Change the 'reset custom settings' to 'medium' or 'medium low' and click OK. 3) GO TO 'CONTROL PANEL' , JAVA, GENERAL, SETTINGS. 4) Remove the tick mark for ' keep temporary files on my computer'. 5) Click the ' delete files' button and press' OK'.
