My query is "My client has approached a bank for a loan proposal. The bank has since asked for a due diligence certificate from my client's CA." "Does anyone have a specific format for issuing a due diligence certificate to bank relating to loan proposals?" I had asked the bank for a specific format which they must have for such a request. But they do not have a format. Please suggest and help.
