One of Company created in 2000, neither done any transaction in it nor filled any return. So,It became dormant company. Now in current FY it wants to file the return by fullfilling form 61 of ROC. Whether after Form 61 all previous years return can be filled and what may be consequences?

After the form 61 is approved you need to file all the forms i.e. 23AC, 23ACA & 20B and F66(if paid up capital is 10 lac or above) within 21 days. No other consequences.
