Can a company list shares having differential voting rights simultaneously and at same price(class A shares having say one vote per share and class B shares having one vote per 100 shares with Class A and Class B having same face value)?
As per Clause 28A of the listing agreement 'The company agrees that it shall not issue shares in any manner which may confer on any person, superior rights as to voting or dividend vis-a-vis the rights on equity shares that are already listed'
