It is not a good practice to share the books and records of the company.

To respond to your query, first group then in logical buckets of software, computer equipments, office equipments, furnitures, fixtures, etc . Then look up in Schedule XIV.

It is suggested to personally refer the Companies Act to gain further understanding.
