Sir/Mam, if you can spare a couple of minutes, I need your help.
I want to ask some questions regarding delay of FORM 103.
What could be the justifiable possible reasons for condonation of delay of FORM 103 ?
Secondly, the aforementioned letter is from the side of article assistant or principal ?
Also, it is required to be forwarded to THE SECRETARY, ICAI ?
At last, the draft of late fees should be in the name of THE SECRETARY, ICAI ?
Please help it's urgent.

in its true perspective, CA; the member of ICAI is in direct relation with ICAI. So to say, CA should request for condonation of delay. In most of the practical situation, CA; for the reasons best to him/her, declines to write such a letter. What to do in such cases?......I think the practical solution would be to write a letter requesting the condonation of delay by the articled.....(Who happens to be more needy in such cases).......

You were not well just after joining the firm
You went out of station after joining the firm and were not in the city.
Your principal is out of town.
Basically, you can have any reason supported with documents that had prevented you from submitting the documents

Sir, if you can spare a couple of minutes, I need your help again.
I want to ask some questions regarding delay of FORM 103.
My FORM 103 for re-registration of articleship had been delayed by 20 days in excess of the 30 days limit provided by institute i.e. in total 50 days from the date of registration.
Now except condonation letter and 500. RS draft for late fees, am I required to send these 4 things also along with form 103.
1. Attendance Record of the articled / audit clerk.
2. Original Deed of articles / audit executed on a Non Judicial Stamp Paper / Special Adhesive stamp affixed on the Deed.
3. Certified copy of work diary of the articled / audit clerk.
4. Stipend details with evidence in the form Bank Pass Book.
I've called institute 5-6 times and they told me everytime that I need to send these 4 aforementioned things even if the form delays for a single day in excess of 30 days limit but, in the instructions of FORM 103 it is clearly mentioned that I need to send these 4 things only if the delay is from 31-180 days. For better understanding I've attached screenshot of that paragraph of FORM 103.
Please assist me whether I need to send these 4 aforementioned things or not?
Please help it's urgent.

Please try to UNDERSTAND some basic and fundamental things........ICAI presumes certain things when done by its member. It, therefore, does not call for / ask for any evidence as such e.g. deed of articleship, stipend record, work record, leave register etc etc etc..... Are you in a position to understand what I am trying to tell you???????? So, chill, relax...... Send form 103......(IF ICAI feels like verifying any thin out of that...it will write a separate letter to your CA......You better focus on study )
