Is residential project is started before 31.03.2008, if yes then i will give give you the other conditions that need to be fulfilled otherwise, if NO, it is not eligible for dedcution.

OUR CLIENT HAS STARTED A PROJECT OF DEVELOPMENT OF NEW RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX NOT A REDEVELOPMENT ASSESSEE IS A PARTNERSHIP FIRM CAN FIRM GETS THE DEDUCTION U/S 80IA, WHAT IS THE CRITERIA FOR DEDUCTION THE LAND WAS PURCHASED IN 1997 AND THE COMMENCEMENT CERTIFICATED RECD IN MARCH, 2007 AND THE PLAN ARE ALSO APPROVED, LAND AREA IS MORE THAN ONE ACER, AND INDIVIDUAL FLAT AREA IS LESS THAN 1000 SQ. FT. IT IS A PARTNERSHIP FIRM AND OUR CLIENT ADMIT IN THIS EXISTING PARTNERSHIP FIRM SO IT IS ALLOWED TO TAKE A BENEFIT OF 80IA KINDLY GIVE THE OPINION IN THIS MATTER
