The Matches, Concerts and Programmes organised for Charity. The revenue earned from the sale of tickets is donated to a Charity. Whether the assessee buying such ticket can avail the 80G exemption in such case?

By purchasing tickets, the buyer is not directly donating to the institution, even though he is compelled to do so by his inner most feelings.
If against money he is receiving any thing then the word "buying" used by you is absolutely correct. In donation no benefit is taken by the donor. 80G benefit is not available to the buyers, it is available to the donors only.
If you really want to donate do not take anything against the money donated by you except receipt for 80G.
