Please let me know if a person pays CA Classes Fees for his son. whether he is eligible to get deduction u/s 80 C......

Tution Fee paid for attending the coaching classes

As per the Tax law, tuition fee paid for attending the part time or full time classes of any School/ colleage/ University will be eligible for deduction

CA course is neighter a part time course or a full time course which is conducted by any of the above institute as such you cannot cliam deduction
