29 December 2015 Once we fall in ambit of sec 135; and for fulfill the CSR obligations we build a hospital. how this hospital will be shown in books? And further in the future years if the company do not fall in ambit of 135; then how will hospital running expenses will be booked?

Answer of second query: company can on suo moto show CSR in future even provision of 135 not applicable and bear the expense of hotel.
