hii, can anyone tell me about this query:-
There are the group of Private Comapanies approximately 6 comapanies which hv the common shareholders now they want to convert into holding -subsidiary relationship that means 1 holding and 5 subsidiary cos. in this regards wht v hv to do for that? can anyone hv idea abt that plzz let me knw ? ur views will b highly appreciated?

You may keep one company's shareholding with the common shareholders. The shares of all the other companies should be purchased by this company. It will make all the other companies, subsidiaries of this company.
Valuation and transfer of shares have to be dealt properly.
