Remission: means to give
Restitution: also mean to give but it is used in the sense, if you have taken benefit from a contract which is void, you have to return back the benefit.
Repudiation: means to leave contract if other party breaches it
Recission: also means to leave contract, but it is used to denote making contract extinct.
