I am a fresher company secretary and looking for a job. I have posted my resume on various job sites but have found no matching replies.I have not got any interview call for last couple of months. Can somebody suggest me how to search for jobs in this field.Are the jobs very limited in this field?

It's not like that. Prepare a good resume and put it on the various placement sites. The scope for any professional are there and all depends on your skills.
