Greeting for the day

I am a CA-Final Student and going to appear for exams in nov. 2015. I want to ask for corporate law which book is better in terms of easy understanding and conceptual clarity. Right now i have ICAI's Study Module. Please refer me any other books. Which helps in learning the things in a better way.
