in most of the cases both mean the same...
But if the company is not having share capital there is no question of shareholding. So the subscriber to the MOA are only members not the shareholders as ther is no share to hav...

can u once again tell me this if.there is share capital in the company then what will be the difference between both i.e. member & the shareholders
