I opened a new pvt. ltd. company & did company incorporation on dt. 01-03-11, but i want to show my business started from 01-04-11, so it is necassary making a balance sheet of 2010-2011 or not ? & what's the legal working we should do for a smooth working

Yes u have prepare annual accounts for year 2010-11 or u can have 13 months period for teh period ending on 31.03.12.(1.03.11 to 31.03.2012)
