hello sir, my query is - A is to be incorporated with 5 shareholders out of them 3 are directors so in this case how are the spice forms ie. spice ,spice MOA,spice AOA and other attachments to be prepared?

1. Mention the name of 3 Directors in INC-33.
2. By default INC 33 and INC 34 has three columns to provide details of the subscribers. So the 3 directors can be subscribers too and can leave the others being shareholders only.
