Company in sikkim under new companies act

06 June 2014 Sir plzz help.. A company based in Sikkim is not registered on MCA as Cos Act 1956 was not applicable in sikkim.. As new act is applicable to it what should be done to get the company registered with MCA.. And what are the other compliances required for the same ??

All the procedure of incorporation is to be followed.

When filing INC 1 in type of company select Part I Company (Chapter XXi)

06 August 2014 Section 465 has not been notified. So, Sikkim Companies Act not yet repealed.
