05 December 2013 the companies Act 2013 has been introduced, there are 98 sec which are notified by the CG . all these 98 secs have already been come in to effect from 12 sep 2013.

05 December 2013 If your giving May 2014 attempt then no need to study new Companies Act, 2013.

You only read Companies Act, 1956.
