sir, if a work which a company suppose to do is contained in the other objects of memorandum than it is necessary to resolved it in the main objects of a company?...and the income comes from such business is taxable under PGBP or house property?.......... pls rply soon

As the object is already mention in the MOA so amendment is not required just Board resolution for the commencement of the business is required to give. and the income will come under PGBP.
